OpenCRM has introduced an "Inherit Products" option within its Workflow configuration for creating sales documents. When enabled, the feature automatically copies all product lines from a source document to a newly created record — for example, generating a Sales Order from a Quote — eliminating manual re-entry and reducing errors.
The option is supported across multiple sales document conversions: Opportunity to Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice; Quote to Sales Order or Invoice; and Sales Order to Invoice. The enhancement is aimed at sales teams looking to automate document creation and maintain consistent product data as deals move through the pipeline.
