Vendasta now allows customers to book multiple services in a single interaction with its AI Chat or Voice Receptionist. Previously, the AI could only handle one service per booking flow, forcing customers to repeat the process for each additional service. The updated system detects multi-service requests, finds contiguous time slots that respect duration and buffer times, and confirms the full appointment at once.
Features include flexible service grouping with single-select or multi-select configurations, phone-number-only booking with SMS notifications, automatic intake deduplication across services, and a single CRM record per multi-service session. Chat and Voice Receptionists support the feature independently.
The update targets service businesses such as salons, spas, home services, and medical offices, as well as franchises managing complex service menus. Existing single-service menus are unaffected unless operators enable multi-selection.
