Vendasta has introduced two new scheduling features in its My Meetings tool: multi-service booking and priority provider assignment. Multi-service booking lets end customers book multiple services—such as a haircut and a beard trim—in a single appointment flow instead of creating separate bookings. Priority provider assignment gives businesses control over how services are distributed to staff, offering automatic priority-based assignment, manual customer selection, round-robin rotation, or a combination of approaches.
The features target service businesses in industries such as personal care, home services, and medical practices, as well as sales teams that need to route appointments to ranked staff and multi-location businesses requiring consistent booking workflows. Businesses can configure service groups, toggle multi-selection, and build service menus through the Business App's CRM section.
