When a workflow references a resource the user lacks permission for, a request can be submitted on the spot. Reviewers receive notifications by email and in a new Requests tab within the Notifications drawer, where they can approve or reject with a single click. Requesters are notified by email once a decision is made. The update streamlines permission management for teams that rely on shared workflows with varying access levels.
