Attio has released a broad set of updates spanning AI, mobile, security, and billing. The company's CRM is now available in the ChatGPT store, letting users connect a workspace and search Attio records directly within ChatGPT. Ask Attio, the built-in AI assistant, now returns cleaner responses by hiding reasoning steps by default and can adjust app theme and accent colors on Enterprise plans.
On mobile, meeting details now appear alongside call recordings. Users can also remove the Attio call recorder from a meeting by typing "please leave" in the chat. Search now accepts full URLs without stripping the https:// prefix.
For Enterprise admins, new controls enforce SSO sign-in workspace-wide and prevent members on verified domains from changing their email address. SAML-based SSO setup has been streamlined with a new configuration page. Billing updates let customers preview invoices up to 90 days before renewal and manage upgrades, downgrades, and seat changes through a unified checkout flow.
