CRMs that integrate with Aircall

CRMs with mature Aircall integration — click-to-call from the deal record, auto-logged calls with recordings on the timeline, power-dial via Aircall's app, and the call data CRM reports need without a separate dashboard.

Why Aircall-native CRM integration matters

Aircall is the dominant cloud business phone for sales-led SMB and mid-market teams — most B2B sales orgs that haven't built calling into the CRM stack are running Aircall on top. The integration is what makes the stack work: reps click-to-call from inside the CRM, calls log automatically against the contact and deal record with duration and recording attached, missed calls turn into follow-up tasks, and dialer activity feeds the same reporting that the rest of the pipeline reports against. The CRMs below ship native Aircall integrations that handle the full call loop without rep-side toggling.

The depth difference between a real Aircall integration and a fake one shows in two places: write-back fidelity (does the call summary, recording URL, and disposition write back to the deal record, or just a "call happened" event?) and dialer queue behavior (can the rep build a power-dial queue from a CRM view filter, or do they have to import lists into Aircall manually?).

What to prioritize

  • Click-to-call from the deal/contact record. The rep should never copy/paste a phone number.
  • Automatic call logging with disposition. Calls log against the deal, with duration, direction, outcome, and recording URL — no manual entry.
  • Power-dial from a CRM view. Build a filtered list in the CRM, push to the Aircall dialer, and let reps work the list without re-import.
  • Insights cards in the deal record. Recent call activity, last-talked-to dates, and call recordings should sit on the contact/deal record where reps actually work.
  • Reporting parity. Call activity should flow into the same CRM reports as deals — calls-to-meetings ratio, dial activity per rep, and time-to-first-call should be CRM-native, not Aircall-only.

When Aircall integration is the right call

  • SMB-to-mid-market B2B sales orgs that don't want native calling but still need real cloud telephony tied to the CRM.
  • Inside sales teams running multi-rep outbound where Aircall's number management, recording, and quality features beat what most CRM-native dialers ship.
  • International sales orgs that need local-number presence in multiple countries — Aircall's number provisioning is one of its strongest features.

When CRM-native calling (Close), JustCall, or Dialpad might fit better

Aircall is the default for sales teams that picked it before adding a CRM. Adjacent tools fit other motions: CRM-native calling (Close, Freshsales) is one fewer vendor for high-volume inside sales; JustCall fits SMB teams wanting a slightly cheaper Aircall alternative; Dialpad fits teams that want AI conversation intelligence built into the phone system. The CRMs below are listed specifically for Aircall; many of them also integrate with the alternatives.
