CRMs for Wealth Management and RIAs
CRMs built for wealth management firms, RIAs, and independent advisors — household-aware data models, compliance-grade audit trails, and the custodian integrations that advisor firms actually need.
Wealth management CRM is shaped by three things commercial CRMs don't handle well: the household model (a "client" is rarely a single person — it's a family unit with shared assets, distinct preferences, and complex permissions), regulatory record-keeping (every conversation may need to survive a 7-year audit and an SEC exam), and custodian integration (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing — the data has to flow into the CRM without a daily CSV export). The CRMs below either ship advisor-specific data models out of the box, or have the configurability and security posture to deploy in an RIA environment without bending the firm to fit the tool.
