CRMs for Fintech Companies

CRMs built for fintech sales and servicing — KYC-aware data models, audit trails that survive regulator review, integrations with the banking-as-a-service stack, and the security posture fintech procurement actually requires.

Fintech is the vertical where commercial CRM choices are most often wrong by default. Three things shape the requirement set: regulatory record-keeping (every customer interaction may need to survive an audit, FINRA exam, or state-level money-transmission review), identity and KYC data that lives next to commercial CRM data but can't leak into it, and integration with the banking-as-a-service stack — Plaid, Stripe Treasury, Modern Treasury, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic — where a CRM that doesn't speak that ecosystem will require a custom data layer to be useful. The CRMs below are either deployed broadly across fintech (with deep audit logs, role-based permissions, and clean integrations to the modern fintech stack) or have the data-model flexibility to bend into a fintech shape without forcing the firm to fit the tool.
